What to Include in Your Message
The more detail you share, the faster and more accurate our reply. Helpful information includes the types of garments you want to produce, estimated quantities, target fabrics, sizes, branding or printing requirements, and your target delivery date. Tech packs or reference photos are always welcome.
Prefer a Structured Quote?
If you already know what you want to make, use our Get a Quote page — it walks you through the details we need for precise pricing.
Before You Write
Do you work with new brands? Yes. Many of our customers started with their first production run with us. We will tell you honestly if your quantities or timeline need adjusting.
Can you match a sample garment? Yes — send a reference sample or detailed photos with measurements, and our pattern team will develop it for your approval.
Do you sign NDAs? Yes, we are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share designs.
Visit Us
Our office and production facilities are in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Buyers are welcome to visit — let us know your travel dates and we will arrange factory tours and meetings with our development team.
How We Handle Your Inquiry
Every message is read by a member of our merchandising team, not an automated system. We review your requirements, check fabric availability and production capacity, and reply with a clear next step — whether that is a quotation, a sampling plan, or a few clarifying questions.
For the fastest response, use the Get a Quote page when you already know what you want to produce. For everything else — new ideas, benchmarking an existing supplier, or exploring what is possible — a plain email works perfectly.
Urgent Production Needs
If you have a tight deadline, say so in your first message and include the delivery date. We will tell you honestly whether the timeline is achievable and what would be needed to meet it, such as confirmed fabrics or an adjusted order size.
